We are pleased to announce that Sonoco, the market and technology leader in the design and manufacturing of concrete construction forms has completed the acquisition of the assets of VoidForm International Ltd. to better serve the North American construction industry. VoidForm International's products are a natural complement to our existing SonotubeŽ product line. For our customers, this addition means access to a wider range of concrete forming systems.
