Recommended Construction Procedures

• Construction ground to be flat.
• Protective hard board covering minimum of 1/8" should be placed over the VoidForm before reinforcing steel placement to prevent puncture.
• Cover top of VoidForm with polyethylene, 4 mil minimum, overlapping joints.
• Extreme wet ground conditions may require waterproof membrane to protect VoidForm. After forms are stripped, it is recommended to cut sides of protective membrane of VoidForm to allow moisture to penetrate.
• Where fitting is required, wrap area sufficiently to prevent penetration of water from wet concrete.
• Storage of VoidForm to be dry prior to job site placement.
